Can’t detect any life in the remote and no sign of signal.

THis Wurlitzer remote arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available)

On testing the transmission signal was very intermittent.

This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
