Customer's Fault Description
It has a intermittent fault with the power cable if you wiggle the battery it comes on also while using it yesterday when I did manage to get the power on it was not going in the correct direction don't know if it had lost connection with the receiver but I tried to switch the remote off as the caravan was heading towards a steel fence luckily I was only just able to kill 12v power in the caravan to the mover!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have an intermittent power source due to a bad battery cable.
Thew battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
The issue of the item travelling in the wrong direction is not a remote fault as its impossible for the buttons to re-map. It is therefore important to check everything on the receiver to ensure that nothing is loose / wired incorrectly.
