Customers Fault Description : WILL NOT TURN ON THE SYSTEM

This Bose remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on all buttons except the Input ON.Off row of buttons.
This doesn't appear to be a fault and it may be that the control needs to be programmed with the correct code for the relevant device.
