Customer's Fault Description
Fire will light and increase flame height,when both buttons are pressed but will not lower flame height or switch off fire when lower button is pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing it was found that the remote itself was at fault and would not transmit on the down channel.
This was due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the handset itself, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
