Hi, will not turn on
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish power response from its twin button press.
This was due to worn contacts, replacement conductive button pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
This item was returned as the customer stated that the item would not turn on. On arrival the inserted battery was found to be the fault, it was dated Jan 2020. When first tested it measured 2.4volts, then a short while later it read 9+ volts meaning the battery had broken down under load. A replacement battery was fitted and full normal functionality was restored. This was then tested over a 6 hour period randomly with no issues being replicated.
