Customer's Fault Description
The remote is for the tv bed - to get it to lift up/down etc. We had a problem getting it to charge - would only work if continually plugged into usb point in bed. Now the charging socket within the tv remote control has come out. We will send remote and the port that has come out.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have its charging port detached from the PCB.
A replacement charge port was soldered into placed then reinforced using hot melt glue. This restored full functionality.
Please note that this item will not work unless its rechargeable battery is inserted. Please do not use non rechargeable batteries.
