Customer's Fault Description
When I press the power button, the display flashes with "01 SERVICE" for 10 seconds and then goes off.
My £1500 shower unit has been rendered useless; so if you can fix this remote, that would be fantastic!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This shower controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have Service 01 in the display. This is normal then it cannot locate the receiver.
The control was opened to check for defects but none could be found and then a signal test was carried out. The signal was found to be present making this item a no fault found.
It may be possible that he issue is with the receiver or it may just simply need pairing with the receiver again, for details of pairing / registering the control with the receiver please click here (page 8)
