Customer's Fault Description
Battery terminals corroded and broken. Was working until springs broke and had to be used close to the van to function prior to springs breaking. All buttons functioned correctly prior to terminal issue.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have badly damaged battery terminals from a battery leak.
The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
