Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a visibly deteriorated standby button. A replacement button cap was fitted but the remote remained dead.
This was found to be due to corrosion spots in the print caused by water contamination. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
This item was returned UGTEE in December and was found to have suffered more contamination corrosion, the print was reworked again and full functionality restored. Returned to customer 13th Dec 2021
