The remote has stopped controlling the fire, batteries have been replaced but it still wont turn on the fire.

This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning on each button press.
The control was tested over a 2 day period with not issue being replicated.
This has classed this item as no fault found and the issue may be with the fire itself.
Replacement batteries will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of bad batteries.
