Customer's Fault Description
no.1 remote comes on and just flashes L all the time, have changed batteries but nothing. remote 2 just stopped. previously the shower had turned on but could'nt turn off with the remote unless removed the batteries.

Bith these shower controls arrived safely and on testing both were found to be transmitting as per normal operation (they both show L on the screen, this is usually due either not connecting to or being able to find the receiver)

One control was opened to check for defects but again no problem could be found and a strong transmission signal is present with both remotes.

It is therefore recommended to try to "pair / program" the remote with the receiver using the instructions giving in this document (CLICK HERE) check the section on "Synchronising the remote control to the base unit" Page 10

These items have been classed as no fault found and therefore just the return postage is required.  The battery terminals in remote number 2 were loose which is common on these causing intermittent dead issues, i have bent them back in to place but there is no charge for this.
