Customer's Fault Description
The On/Off button do not work but the buttons for altering heat are OK.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This electric fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a non responsive button.

This was due to worn button contacts.  Replacement conductive pads were fitted on all buttons.  This restored full functionality. 

A set of Duracell batteries has been provided fitted on return.
