Customer's Fault Description
Following buttons don't work or are very iffy <br /> AV Power, Standby, Power buttons on top row Multi CH In on 3rd row DTV on 5th row
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Yamaha remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have sluggish button response on some of the buttons.

This was due to contamination over the button array / pads.  The PCB was given an alcohol bath and the pads cleaned up which restored full functionality to all buttons (see testing video).
