This golf trolley remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting without any button being pressed.

When the facia was peeled apart it was found to have water contamination / corrosion on some of the traces.  The traces were reworked which restored full functionality.

Please note that this item is not waterproof and great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
