Customer's Fault Description
Remote works intermittently. The top battery appears loose and therefore not making a proper connection.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Ceiling extraction hood control arrived safely and on testing was found to be functioning as per normal.

After talking with the customer it was concluded that the incorrect batteries were fitted making an intermittent power connection, this control much have CR2032 batteries inserted, the CR2025 and CR2016 are not suitable and will cause issues.
