Customer's Fault Description
The led works when buttons are pressed, but cannot connect to garage unit. We have another remote that does work, but are unable to clone that one with it either.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting at 433 MHz on every button as per normal operation (see testing video).
A component test was carried out but no issue could be found. It is therefore concluded that the remote may need to be "Paired" with its receiver. This item is classed as no fault found.
A set of Duracell cr2016 batteries have been supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of the customer having and erroneous power issue due to faulty / dead or incorrect batteries.
