Customer's Fault Description
Two power buttons are not powering up the control occasionally after several attempts it will come on and all other buttons work well...I have changed the battery but its not helped.

This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to turn on from its twin power button press.
This is a common issue cause by worn button contacts. Replacement conductive caps were glued into place which restored full functionality.
