Velux Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : LCD display is not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a illuminated but blank screen.
This was found to be due to a faulty LCD display itself, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
