Customer's Fault Description
Totally non-functioning.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safety and on testing was found to be totally dead.
On opening there were signs of a battery leak over the PCB especially around the main IC. This had started to corrode through the print. The print was reworked using flux and heat which restored functionality. Unfortunately on testing a few times some buttons started to show issues. The code was recorded from the remote whilst it was functioning and a clone was created.
The original remote may continue to work but cannot be guaranteed which is why a clone is being supplied.
