Electric fire Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Nothing working

This remote arrived safely after 2 months in transit, the extreme delay on delivery was due to underpaid postage on the package.
On testing the control was found to be totally dead. This was due to a faulty battery terminal. A replacement terminal was fitted which restored full functionality.
A Duracell CR2032 battery has been supplied fitted on return.
