Customer's Fault Description
Not able to switch on. The on/off switch has to be pressed twice to operate but nothing happening. No light coming on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its double power button press.
On opening this was found to be due to corrosion over the button contacts (see image)
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
