BUTTON OK TO PRESS BUT DOESNT START THE FIRE/GLOW OR HEATING , BATTERY HAS BEEN REPLACED AND REMOTE STILL NOT WORKING. FIRE/GLOW AND HEATING STARTS WHEN SWITCHED ON MANUALLY AT THE BASE OF THE FIRE

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing 2 of the buttons were non responsive.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive caps were fitted on each button which restored full functionality.
2 AAA Eveready batteries were supplied fitted on return.
