Customer's Fault Description
Even with fresh batteries, the remote produces no light and does not seem to speak to the blinds it controls. It sounds like something is broken inside the remote control
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from France and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. The control was opened and a small peice of plastic was found to be flying around inside the control but this was not a fault.
This item has been classed as no fault found and it may be that the control needs to be paired with its receiver (click here for a video of how to pair the remote).
Please note that the signal from this remote is Infra red which means you will not see a light being emitted from it with the naked eye. It only shows when viewed through electronic devices as in our testing video.
