Customer's Fault Description
Remote will not turn on, no red light appears at starting. Something loose in the interior.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely from Germany and on inspection was confirmed to rattle when shook.
When tested the remote would not turn on using its "double power button" press.
This was found to be due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality (see testing video).
The loose item inside was found to be part of the mounting screw fixture that were shattered. This was removed and glued back in place.
