Rollertec Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Rollertec

Customers Fault Description : Never worked from new. Have lost other remote.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminals were found to be loose which was causing intermittent power.  The terminals were soldered into place which restored full functionality.

A set of batteries has been supplied fitted on return.
