Sky Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Sky

Customers Fault Description : Controller was dropped and stopped working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting without pressing any buttons, on closer inspection one of the buttons was jammed in (see image).  Once this button was pinched loose full functionality was restored.  As this was a simple fix that took 2 seconds a charge is not being made except for the return postage and we have listed this item as no fault found.
