Customer's Fault Description
Even with new batteries the remote does not work. New van for us. Managed to get it to open the roof once, struggled to get it to close and lights wouldn’t turn off, no red light on the roof outer. Had to power down the can you get lights off. It’s as if the batteries are flat but used several new ones so it’s not that.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. The control was opened and a component test carried out but no issue could be replicated.
