Customer's Fault Description
It dropped on the floor and hasn’t worked since, there is nothing displaying on the screen and it’s cracked internally.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Velux remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a shattered display.  A replacement screen was fitted from a scrap remote (the screens cannot be purchased brand new).  This restored full functionality (see image below).
