Velux Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Velux
Customers Fault Description : It dropped on the floor and hasn’t worked since, there is nothing displaying on the screen and it’s cracked internally.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Velux remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a shattered display. A replacement screen was fitted from a scrap remote (the screens cannot be purchased brand new). This restored full functionality (see image below).
