Bed adjust mode...the + and - and the "all flat" button.
In massage mode ..same lack of response on those buttons
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bed remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning buttons.
This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality. (see testing video), please note that the flickering in the video of the lights is an effect of the camera and is not present when viewing the control with the naked eye.
