Customers Fault Description : The wiring has been damaged so no longer works.

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the facia was damaged (this doesnt effect functionality) and the cable was damaged.
A replacement cable was fitted. The cable that was fitted was a straight cable of 1.5 meters in length
