Pro Rider Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Pro Rider
Customers Fault Description : Batteries good, all buttons appear to be functioning BUT no response from trolley.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation. The controller was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
It may be that the control may need to be "Paired" with its trolley, this cannot be done remotely. A quick google search has found one method although it is a slightly different model. (click here for video)
If that method does not work then please try searching for the model of your trolley receiver.
