This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection the facia was loose and coming away from its casing.
On testing the control was found to be working as per normal operation.
The "wire" problem that the customer mentions is most likely referring to the aerial which is only meant to be connected at one end, this is normal and not a fault.
The case was glued back together and the item has been classed as no fault found (see testing video)
