Customer's Fault Description
The Button for the option to increase the heat no longer work and the cover skin to the button is cracked and damaged. There is no soft pad to the mechanism so is hard to impossible to operate
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Triton remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have cracks around each of its buttons due to wear.
The facia was peeled back and replacement button caps fitted under the original facia (replacement facias are not available as spares). This restored full functionality.
