Customer's Fault Description
It doesn’t seem to work at all. There is a flash of the LED when I put the batteries in but that’s all. It doesn’t turn on or connect to the receiver in the caravan. Hope that’s enough for you, and happy to discuss further as required.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to respond from its power button.
On opening this was found to be due to a corrosion spot in the print caused by water contamination / condensation. The print was reworked which restored full functionality (see testing video)
