Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working red light flashing on the sky light but nothing flashing back from remote.. I’ve tried new batterys and checked fuse in sky light
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This sky light controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal functionality.
The control was component test but no fault could be replicated. It may be either an issue with the skylight itself or may just need to be programmed with the receiver itself.
Please note that the LED on the remote will not flash visibly to the naked eye, its can only be seen through an electronic camera.
A set of batteries have been supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of a battery issue being at fault.
