Customer's Fault Description
Caravan will move backward but not forward and will only turn in one direction (can’t recall if this is left or right). All wired connections to the mover appear to be in place so I think the issue may be the control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection, many of the buttons were high in resistance / open circuit.

All 7 buttons were replaced.
