TRUMA AVENTA Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Screen not fully activating, no buttons working correctly. Intermittent display of time and mode but no signal from remote to unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Truma Aircon remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty display and sluggish buttons.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a battery leak / corrosion (see images).
The print was cleaned up and reworked which restored full functionality.
