Customer's Fault Description
Screen not fully activating, no buttons working correctly. Intermittent display of time and mode but no signal from remote to unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Truma Aircon remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty display and sluggish buttons.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a battery leak / corrosion (see images).
The print was cleaned up and reworked which restored full functionality.
