Customer's Fault Description
Cracked LCD display as discussed when I phoned earlier. It looks like the pins for the display are on the side with this model.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a very badly damaged screen.
A replacement screen was fitted but sadly it looks like the broken screen had caused further issues as the replacement screen has various portions missing from its display.
This is most likely due to the main IC that is situated under the screen. Due to this a repair is unfortunately not possible.
