The outer covering of the lead from the controller, where it is coiled, has cracked and broken off for approx 5 inches, exposing the leads carrying power. The leads appear to be ok. This appears to be a common fault reading your previous jobs carried out on the controller and cable. eg Job No.5655-6616
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged cable.  A replacement straight cable was fitted.
