The remote doesn’t switch on.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Air con remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

On inspection the issue was found to be due to corroded battery terminals (see image).  The terminals were etched clean of all contaminant /rust and then re-plated which restored full functionality.
