Customer's Fault Description
The remote appears to itermiittantly work.
I’ve had the mover itself going so I know that’s ok.
But then I can go back to it and the remote flash’s red. Then goes on and off. I have to keep turning it on and off to try get it going.
The light flickers on the remote sometimes to which leaves me to believe it’s a bad connection.
The remote doesn’t have a back to it to which probably won’t help.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a missing battery cover (replacement battery covers are not available as spares and cannot be supplied).
On adding a power source the control was found to be intermittent in power. When tapped / moved the control would randomly power off.
This was due to a faulty battery cable. A replacement cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
