Customer's Fault Description
Only the On/Off button and the large red flame button work. The 2 blue buttons and the red timer button are all not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning buttons.  This was found to be due to breaks in the print.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
