Gutmann Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Gutmann

Customers Fault Description : Both buttons (button 1 and 3 in the manual) only seem to work intermittently. We have enclosed a copy of the english version manual in with the remote control.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This futura downdraught extractor remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish responding buttons.

This was due to the buttons themselves, both were replaced which restored full functionality.
