Customer's Fault Description
The remote is not working at all usually an LED at the top of the remote comes on when switched on, I think it maybe the on/off switch at fault.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection the control was confirmed to be dead.

This was due to a faulty battery cable.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
