Tempur System 2000 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Tempur
Model : System 2000
Customers Fault Description : Remote stopped working. It started with intermittent working e.g. Bed wouldn't raise using for the head part (top left button); then the bottom of the bed wouldn't raise (top right button). Sometimes these wouldn't go down either! After pressing the buttons on the edge sometimes it would work but now none of the buttons work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection a cable test was carried out and no breaks were found.
A complete component test was carried out and no issue could be replicated. I did spray some switch cleaner into the switches in case of an intermittent issue due to dirty contacts. As a fault could not be found this item has been classed as no fault found and there is no charge except for the return postage.
