The chair reclined and none of the buttons work so the chair is stuck in the reclined possion.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a faulty damaged cable.  The cable was replaced with a straight cable (the curly ones are not available as spares).
