Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection there was a break in the casing on the back (see image).
On testing it was confirmed that various buttons were intermittent / dead.
When opened this issue was related to the break on the back casing. It appears that the control has had a back knock which as well as damaging the casing has also cracked the PCB (see image).
The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
