The bottom left button is hard to press in to operate... The button is used to operate the footrest function
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair controller arrived safely and on first inspection one of the buttons was detached from the rest and stuck to the PCB. The button had to be glued into place using silicon glue (replacement buttons are not available as spares)

The cable was also replaced.
