Nu-flame Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Nu-flame
Customers Fault Description : Even with a new battery, cannot turn the fire on or off using the remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
The control was then tested over a 2 day period at random intervals but again no problem could be seen.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue may be with the receiver itself.
