Customer's Fault Description
No longer functions, cannot engage or disengage the brake rollers. Tried batteries but still doesn't function.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its IR cover (this cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares and do net effect functionality)
On testing the remote was found to be dead. This was due to a broken oscillator. This was replaced as well as the led which restored full functionality. Insulation was put on the terminals as well as hot glue used to seat the battery more firmly.
